Lisa Baker

Lisa Baker has extensive experience in the staffing industry, currently serving as Market Manager and Area Director at EmployBridge since August 2017. In this role, Lisa leads branches to achieve performance goals while ensuring client satisfaction and budget compliance. Additionally, Lisa manages the Colorado Springs and Pueblo markets and has contributed as a LED 3.0 Change Leader by developing onboarding processes and training staff across the United States. Prior experience includes serving as Area Operations Manager at Remedy Intelligent Staffing from June 2003 to August 2017, and Registrar/Liaison at Community Prep School from September 1997 to June 2003. Lisa holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Indian Hills Community College, attained between 1995 and 1997.
