Deborah Tirsun is a clinical instructor and pediatric dental resident at The Mount Sinai Hospital since July 2020, where extensive clinical training in pediatric dental medicine and surgery is undertaken. Deborah has held the role of chief resident in the Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program, coordinating operating room cases, clinic schedules, and managing inventory for the dental clinic. Deborah's experience also includes serving as a general practice dental resident and providing comprehensive dental care across various specialties. Currently, Deborah works as a pediatric dentist with multiple organizations, including the NY Hotel Trades Council and Playhouse Dental for Kids and Teens, and is committed to delivering evidence-based, preventive oral care tailored to children and adolescents. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Binghamton University.
