Cherie Marks

Cherie is the VP of Quality Assurance, a partner of Employee Navigator, and is responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of the software. During her tenure at Employee Navigator, Cherie has been responsible for business operations including electronic data interchanges, ACA employer reporting, implementation, and client management. Prior to joining Employee Navigator, Cherie worked at FlexAmerica where she managed the administrative operations of CareFirst's BlueFund portfolio. She also directed operational initiatives for the benefits administration firm, including on and off-shore claims and check processing. Cherie has also directed teams responsible for implementation, enrollment services, client management and data support services. She has been in the insurance and benefits industry since 2001, with additional experience in property & casualty insurance and insurance licensing regulation. Cherie received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno and resides in Hagerstown, Maryland with her husband and two daughters.
