Jamie Spriggs is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as President and CFO of Employees First since 2023, Jamie also holds advisory and investment roles at BenefitsApp and Elevate.inc, while mentoring within Innovation Works. Previous positions include President of ArmadaHealth and Chief Operating Officer of ArmadaGlobal, along with pivotal roles at Consumable Science and ConnectYourCare, including Founder and CEO. Jamie's career began with foundational work at RealLife HR. Jamie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
