Carolyn Alvarez

Carolyn Alvarez is currently the Technical Systems Manager at EmployIndy. Carolyn previously worked as a WIOA Case Manager at Goodwill Industries of Central and Southern Indiana from August 2018 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were a Career Development Specialist at River Valley Resources Inc from March 2017 to September 2018. Her first job out of college was as a Community Employment Associate 5 at the Indiana Department of Workforce Development from February 2015 to February 2016. Carolyn began their career in August 2005 as a Supervisor at Wash Depot Holdings, where they worked for 10 years until February 2015.

Carolyn Alvarez earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and an Associate of Science - AS in Human Services - Social Work from Ivy Tech Community College.
