Clara Brown, MBA, CLSS GB, currently serves as the Manager of Registered Apprenticeship at EmployIndy, focusing on connecting youth and adults with industry training that leads to lucrative careers. Previously, Clara held the position of Manager of Operations at Conexus Indiana, where responsibilities included streamlining internal processes to enhance operational efficiency. Clara's extensive experience also includes serving as Program Director for the State of Indiana and roles at Roche as a Senior Business Consultant and Gannett as a Business Analyst. Clara holds a Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
