Ed Klaunig

Ed Klaunig, MPA, RPCV, is a finance and accounting professional currently serving as the Director of Finance & Accounting at EmployIndy since May 2022, where significant contributions include leading the integration of Microsoft applications within the organization. Previously, Ed held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Information Services Agency for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County, managing annual IT budgets and successfully presenting them to local government officials. Ed's extensive experience in economic development includes roles such as Economic Development Project Manager with The Veridus Group, Inc., and Community Economic Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Romania, focusing on sustainable funding strategies. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration in Public Finance and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Indiana University Bloomington.
