Kevin Duffy

Kevin Duffy serves as the Senior Director of External Affairs at EmployIndy, where responsibilities include the development and coordination of advocacy and systems change efforts, along with policy analysis regarding legislation and regulations. Duffy participates in advocacy coalitions to elevate local workforce development needs and also holds the position of Local Equal Opportunity Officer, managing EO/nondiscrimination matters. Previously, Duffy was the Senior Director of Ecosystem Advancement, leading a team focused on policy implementation and staff training. Past experience includes roles as a Policy Analyst and Legislative Assistant with the Indiana State Senate. Duffy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Public Relations from Indiana University Indianapolis and is pursuing a Master of Public Affairs in Urban and Regional Governance from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
