Robin Kildall

Robin Kildall is the current Director of Development at EmployIndy. Robin has been with the company since January 2020 and previously held the positions of Associate Director, Development and Development Manager. Prior to EmployIndy, Robin worked as a Development Coordinator at Angie's List from February 2015 to December 2017. In their current role, Robin is responsible for leading the development team in all aspects of fundraising, including annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, grant writing, and special events.

Robin Kildall has a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Theater from Ball State University.

Robin Kildall reports to Chelsea Meldrum, Chief Development & External Affairs Officer. They work with Tracy Hartman - Business Development Manager, Wendy Parker - Business Development Manager, WIO, and Connie Harris - Business Development Manager.
