Joe C. has an extensive background in operations, human resources, and business consultancy, currently serving as the Head of Global Teams at Employment Hero since November 2022. Prior to this role, Joe held key positions at GROW Inc, including Head of Operations for Global Teams and Head of People and Culture, where the company gained recognition on LinkedIn’s Top Startups in 2021. Joe's experience also includes founding Onwatch Pty Ltd, which achieved substantial growth and was sold for $35 million AUD, as well as various operational roles and leadership positions at companies such as AVAX a.s. and APX, Door to Door. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Law from UC San Diego.
