Anika Brunner

Anika Brunner has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Founder & CEO of emplu, where they have been since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Co-Founder at Bossin Stuttgart, a women entrepreneurs' network in Stuttgart, since September 2020.

Anika also has experience at HORBACH, where they held the position of Leitung Kompetenzcenter Betriebliche Versorgungssysteme from January 2020 to December 2021. In this role, they focused on creating tailored supply concepts for companies that aligned with their values and were easily understood by employees.

Before joining HORBACH, Anika worked at Michael Page, first as a Managing Consultant in Finance & Accounting from November 2018 to December 2019, and then as a Senior Consultant and Recruitment Consultant from August 2016 to September 2018.

Additionally, they have prior experience as a Wirtschaftsberaterin at HORBACH Wirtschaftsberatung from July 2015 to July 2016. Earlier in their career, Anika gained experience as a Social Media Coordinator at IE Business School in July 2014 and as a Trainee in Marketing/Sponsoring at Filmbüro Baden-Württemberg e.V. from June 2013 to September 2013.

Anika Brunner's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at EBC Hochschule and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Psychology, which they completed in 2015. In the same year, they also engaged in a short-term program at HORBACH Wirtschaftsberatung, obtaining the \u00a734d IHK certification. Additionally, in 2014, Anika participated in the ERASMUS Business Class at VIVES University in Brügge, Belgium. More recently, they attended Berufsbildungswerk der Versicherungswirtschaft in Dortmund (BWV) e.V., where they specialized in Betriebliche Altersvorsorge (DVA) until 2021.
