Anika Brunner has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Founder & CEO of emplu, where they have been since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Co-Founder at Bossin Stuttgart, a women entrepreneurs' network in Stuttgart, since September 2020.

Anika Brunner's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at EBC Hochschule and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Psychology, which they completed in 2015.
