Adam Gilroy-Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and leadership sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Empower Healthcare since May 2016, Adam has focused on providing innovative and high-quality Allied Health services, promoting independence and well-being for individuals. Prior to this, Adam served as Country Manager/Director at REED Australia from August 2003 to May 2016, holding several leadership roles in both Australia and the UK. Adam's career began as a Sales Professional at DDE from January 2000 to July 2002. Adam completed education at St Mark's from 1993 to 1997.
