Kate Livits

Kate Livits is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and paralegal services. Currently serving as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Empower since January 2018, Kate has previously held senior paralegal roles at Black Hills Corporation and SquareTwo Financial, as well as paralegal and legal administrator positions at Semler & Associates, P.C. and other law practices. Kate began the legal career in 1998 as a paralegal at the Law Office of Guy R. Bayley. Academic credentials include an ABA Approved Paralegal Certificate (with Honors) from the Denver Paralegal Institute, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Santa Monica College.
