Kenzo Kimura has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2002 as President of the San Jose Japanese American Citizens League. Kenzo then worked as an Executive Search Consultant for Avery Associates in the same year, before taking on the role of HR Manager at Kintana in 2000. In 2002, they became Talent Acquisition Account Manager/Sr. HR Business Partner at Abbott Vascular, and then moved on to become an Account Manager/Sr. Technical Recruiter at i-Hire in 2006. In 2008, Kenzo took on the role of Staffing Consultant at Power Integrations, followed by (Northern California) Sr. Account Manager at B2B Staffing and Payroll Services in 2009. In 2010, they became Staffing and Development Manager at Volterra Semiconductor, and then Global Staffing Manager at Intersil (acquired by Renesas) in 2013. Most recently, in 2021, Kenzo took on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition at Empower Semiconductor.
Kenzo Kimura obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey between 1996 and 1998. Kenzo also attended Community Leadership San Jose between 2003 and 2004. Kenzo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC San Diego, and they graduated from Santa Clara High.
