Megan van Dyke

Megan Van Dyke, SPHR has over 20 years of work experience. Megan is currently the Corporate Director of HR at EmpowerMe Wellness since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at GardaWorld where they held various roles including Corporate Human Resources Manager from March 2018 to April 2023, HR/ Ops Systems Analyst from March 2017 to March 2018, and Human Resources Manager from March 2015 to March 2017. Before joining GardaWorld, they worked as a Manager at Shakespeare's Pizza from August 2014 to March 2015. Megan also has experience as an HR Specialist at WFF Facility Services from February 2012 to October 2014 and as a Receptionist at Psych Care Consultants from August 2010 to August 2012. Megan started their career as a Manager at Shakespeare's Pizza where they worked from April 2003 to July 2010.

Megan Van Dyke, SPHR, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2009. Megan went on to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University in 2013. Megan has also earned the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute.
