Callie Marino has a diverse work experience starting in 2018 as a Barista at Starbucks. Callie also worked as a Barista at Glam Doll Donuts from October 2019 to September 2020. In 2019, they founded the band Dad Bod where they served as the Founder, Social Media Manager, and Vocalist.

From 2018 to 2020, Callie was actively involved in various student organizations at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. Callie served as the Co-VP of Finance and later as the President of 7Days A Cappella. Callie also held leadership positions in Compass - LGBTQIA+ Undergraduate Business Club and Women in Business University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.

In 2019, Callie joined Thrivent as a Marketing Analyst for Thrivent Action Teams. Callie contributed to various marketing initiatives such as the annual T-Shirt Vote and utilized their photography skills to communicate Thrivent's brand. Callie worked as a Marketing Contractor at EmpowerU Education from May 2021 to September 2022, where they later transitioned into the role of Marketing Coordinator.

Callie also gained experience in the public relations field, working at Small Girls PR as a Fellow, Account Coordinator, and Associate Account Executive from June 2021 to September 2022.

Callie Marino attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2017 to 2021. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing.
