Paola Salinas

Paola Salinas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at NICE since February 2022. In this role, Paola oversees the entire project lifecycle, including requirements definition, business analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment, while managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver quality solutions. Paola has also held various positions at VIVA Bolivia since July 2012, including roles focused on project management, contract management, and operations consulting. An alumna of Universidad Privada Boliviana, Paola holds a degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, obtained in 2012.
