Monte Shaw MBA is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in banking, credit analysis, and management. Currently self-employed and retired since February 2021, Monte Shaw holds the position of VP for Wichita Commercial Banking at Emprise Bank, focusing on customer needs. Previous roles include serving as a Credit Risk Analyst for transactions exceeding $500M and various managerial positions in investment control and information systems at Textron Financial/Cessna Finance Corporation. Additionally, Monte Shaw has contributed to community initiatives, including organizing the Pedalfest fundraiser for Heartspring and serving on the executive committee for the American Diabetes Association’s Tour de Cure. Academic credentials include an MBA and a BBA in Finance from Wichita State University.
