Richard Lebel, P.E.

Richard Lebel, P.E. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Richard began their career in 2004 as a Surface Warfare Officer and Engineer in the US Navy. During this time, they served as an Engineering Duty Officer and was responsible for managing teams and contracts for shipyard repairs, including electrical inspections. Richard worked in this role until 2017. After leaving the Navy, Lebel joined NDI Engineering Company in 2018 as a Business Development professional, where they focused on Virginia-based business development efforts, drafting proposals, engaging customers and teammates, and seeking new business opportunities. Later in 2018, they joined Emprise Corporation, initially as a Program Manager and then as a Data Engineer starting in January 2022.
