Rajiv P Jain

Rajiv Jain is currently serving as AVP - People & Culture at Xoxoday since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rajiv held the position of General Manager Human Resources at Rhenus Logistics from March 2022 to January 2023, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. Rajiv has extensive experience in human resources, having served as Head of Human Resources & Admin at AMA Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (March 2018 - February 2022) and Head of Human Resources at Forzza Furniture & Accessories (August 2020 - May 2021). Previous roles also include Senior Consultant HR at HR Anexi Pvt. Ltd., Senior Manager HRD at Navkar Corporation Ltd., and Training Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited. Rajiv began a career in human resources as a Team Leader at Wipro BPO and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
