Shamika Dighe

Shamika Dighe is an experienced investment analyst currently working at Empyrean Capital Partners since July 2023. Previously, Shamika held roles at The Carlyle Group as an associate focused on distressed and special situations from June 2019 to July 2021, and at Barclays Investment Bank as an associate in the Restructuring and Finance Group from June 2016 to May 2019, also serving as an analyst within the same group. Shamika earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School from August 2021 to May 2023 and has a background from Cornell University and Shady Side Academy.
