Michelle Guerndt has been working in the field of Human Resources for over a decade. Michelle gained experience as an HR Specialist at Kohls before moving on to work as an HR Generalist at Arrow Child & Family Ministries and currently at EMR - The Electric Motor Repair Company. Michelle earned their Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Strayer University.
