Vikram Pande is the current Supply Chain Manager at Emrgy. Prior to this, they were with Unique Industrial Product Company for over 6 years, where they held the position of Senior Supply Chain Manager.

Under Vikram's leadership, the company saw a successful annual procurement of over $36 million from overseas and domestic suppliers. Vikram was also instrumental in setting up the company's first Kanban system, and in developing an optimized SCM process that incorporated OEM products initiation, vendor management, distribution network development, and international expansion.

In addition, Vikram drove overall cost reduction initiatives through KPI monitoring, dual sourcing, and negotiations - resulting in 10% savings in Q1 2020 and projected additional 5% annual cost saving. Vikram also setup E-commerce marketplaces for distribution SKU while maintaining existing traditional B2B sales volumes.

When it comes to logistics, Vikram is a master planner - they know how to plan for an optimized product path for direct shipment while considering HTSU, tariff, customs, and freight surcharges for cost effective and on-time delivery. He's also an expert negotiator, and has successfully negotiated contracts to manage expectation of stakeholders.

Vikram is not only a great leader, but also a great teacher. He's hired, trained, and managed over 5 direct reports in international imports, warehousing, procurement, and logistics. He's also championing the SIOP process review with executive management.

Vikram Pande received their Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai in Mechanical Engineering. Vikram then went on to get their Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northeastern University. After working for a few years, they decided to further their education by getting their MBA in Business Administration and Management from International Technological University. Vikram also has various certifications from Harvard Business School Online, StackSills, Northeastern University, Don Bosco Institute of Technology, NIIT, and CADD Centre.
