Natalie Wells

Natalie Wells has held various leadership roles at EMS Management & Consultants, Inc. since January 2006, including Vice President of the Product & Portfolio Office and Director of the Project Management Office. Natalie established and managed the Project Management Office, implementing agile methodologies to enhance project planning and execution. Additionally, Natalie designed the product owner process and managed the company's software line, EMSolutions. Previous positions include Operations Project Manager, where cost-saving automation projects were implemented, and Director of Revenue Cycle Management, overseeing a team responsible for processing over 400,000 annual claims. Natalie's early career included critical roles in billing and training, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
