Jennifer Fisher

Jennifer Fisher is an experienced educational leader and educator in the field of early childhood education. As the Executive Director and CEO of Foundations Child Care Center Inc. since November 2009, Jennifer manages daily operations, staff scheduling, communication with families and teaching staff, and oversees budgeting and fundraising activities. Concurrently, Jennifer serves as an instructor for EMS Safety Services and has previously taught college-level courses in early childhood education at Ivy Tech Community College from 2015 to 2019. Prior to these roles, Jennifer founded Blanketed with Love, Inc., where operational management, lesson development aligned with Indiana Academic Standards, and staff employment were key responsibilities. Jennifer's background in pharmaceutical sales with GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson further complements a diverse professional experience. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Mathematics from Indiana University South Bend.
