Alex Xu

Alex Xu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Expansion Control Systems at BASF-MBCC since March 2020, Alex also holds the position of General Manager at EMSEAL Joint Systems Ltd., overseeing business operations in China and managing both manufacturing and sales P&L. Additionally, Alex is the Business Director for EMERSON Junkang Enterprise, leading home decoration materials business, and has been Vice General Manager at Seaguard (China) Ltd. since March 2010, managing multiple production plants. Previous roles include Business Manager at Seaguand (China) Ltd., National Sales Manager at Ronacrete China Ltd., and Sales Supervisor at SKW-MBT Co., Ltd. Education includes an MBA from Macau University of Science and Technology and a double Bachelor’s degree in International Trade from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
