Jacob Otts

Jacob Otts is an experienced project manager and content localization manager currently working at Emtrain since May 2022. Previously, Jacob held the position of Global Fulfillment Lead at Pollen from August 2021 to May 2022. Jacob has extensive experience in project and account management, having worked at Appetize as both a Project Manager and Account Manager from July 2018 to August 2021. Prior roles include serving as the Director of Fulfillment at Front Gate Tickets from May 2011 to June 2018, where Jacob led fulfillment operations for major events and managed a sizable team. Jacob began a career in logistics and customer service as a Mail Technician for Collin County from December 2007 to May 2011.
