Eliane Cohen has had a long and varied career in the field of regenerative learning and living. In 2018, they founded Siendo Naturaleza, a life project situated in the cloud forest of the Tiracu Valley. From 2017 to 2020, they held various roles such as Director of Programs at EmzingoIU, In Field Researcher at The Manta Trust, Founder & CEO of VIDA MOUNTAINS, Designer of Community Visioning Experience and Facilitator and Steward of Organizational Process at Whales of Guerrero Research Project, Designer of Group Process and Facilitator at Playa Viva, Host Country Specialist at THINK Global School, Consultant: Innovation Program Facilitator for the Wildlife Conservation Society at The DO School, and Social Entrepreneur at Ecoaldeas Peru. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Business Development Manager at UGE.
Eliane Cohen's educational history includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida (2004-2008), an Overseas Studies Exchange Program in France from SKEMA Business School (2007), a 3-week Short Course in The Ecological Self, elective of the MA in Ecology and Spirituality from Schumacher College (2017), and a Master of Arts in Ecological Design Thinking from Schumacher College (2018-2019). Cohen also attended Colegio San Silvestre in Lima, Peru.
