Anissa Tigroudja has a diverse work experience in various companies. Anissa started their career in 2012 as a Conseillère de vente at Leroy Merlin. Later, they worked as an Assistante commerciale at Stage Services in 2014. Anissa then joined Viadeo where they initially served as a Support Membres and later as a Chargée de marketing web et mobile. At Viadeo, their responsibilities included managing media partnerships, conducting email and mobile push campaigns, and reporting daily statistics. Anissa also worked on translations and event management. In 2016, Anissa joined leboncoin as a Spécialiste CRM, where they focused on creating CRM lifecycle for buyers, implementing relational and business programs, and launching operational campaigns on various channels. Anissa also participated in the migration to Adobe Campaign Standard and the launch of push notifications on Accengage. Currently, Anissa is working at En Voiture Simone as a Responsable CRM. Anissa'sresponsibilities include developing activation and loyalty strategies, defining PRM/CRM roadmap, managing campaigns across channels, analyzing campaign performance, and working on CRM system migration and call center implementation projects.
Anissa Tigroudja completed their education with a Master's degree in AEI specialized in e-commerce from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor's degree in e-commerce from Université Paris 8 from 2014 to 2015. Anissa also obtained a DUT in Techniques de Commercialisation from Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée during their studies from 2012 to 2014.
