Matt Blanche

Matt Blanche started his career in care as a Healthcare Assistant back in 2012 with what was supposed to be a temporary role but went on for almost 4 years working across different wards from the busy A&E/ITU units to oncology and dementia care. He knew early on that it was the sense of reward he got from helping others and setting a high standard of care that kept him interested in the care industry and led to several other roles from leading small teams in a care home to studying part of his nursing degree. Matt's most recent position before ENA saw him coordinating complex packages of care for clients based in the community for one of the biggest healthcare providers in the country. In January 2021, Matt began his journey with ENA as a Case Manager and hopes to not only bring with him the knowledge and experience he has gained over the years, but also to learn from his very talented new colleagues to help make ENA as outstanding and progressive as possible. In his spare time, Matt enjoys making the most of what the West Country has to offer, particularly exploring his new home city of Bath and spending as much time as possible with his family and friends.
