Clare Puzey

Trauma Nursing Core Course Instructor at ENA

Clare Puzey is a highly experienced Clinical Educator and ACLS/BLS/ACLS EP Instructor currently employed at Heart & Stroke since January 2015 and Alberta Health Services since August 1989. With extensive critical care experience in various settings, including Trauma, Cardiac Intensive Care, and the Emergency Room, Clare has also served as a Trauma Nursing Core Course Instructor for the Emergency Nurses Association since October 2012 and as a sessional instructor in the Advanced Critical Care Nursing Program at Mount Royal University since April 2011. Prior experience includes a role as a Flight Nurse with STARS Air Ambulance from 1995 to 2002, providing emergency aeromedical transport for critically ill patients. Clare holds a Bachelor of Nursing from Athabasca University and a Master of Nursing (thesis-based) from the University of Calgary, completed in October 2023.
