John Chapman

John Chapman is an engineer at Enable. John previously worked as a specialist master at Deloitte Consulting from March 2011 to January 2020. At Deloitte, they enacted a MS BI community of 10+ SMEs to render support via demos, trainings, and proposals. John also initiated a dimensional modeling training program - delivered 20+ offerings to 250+ attendees. In addition, they contributed expertise to proposals for Defense Manpower Data Center and Dept. of Commerce. John also led six sessions and facilitator preparations for the Leadership Essentials Advancement Program.

From September 2016 to September 2019, John Chapman worked as the lead engineer & technical PM at USPS. John was responsible for innovating, launching, and leading the IT Controls Automation (ITCA) program and supporting application – including cross-functional team management, planning, budget, scope, scheduling, software development lifecycle (SDLC), requirements gathering, design, data engineering, quality assurance, management of 25 releases, and senior leadership engagement – to integrate enterprise-wide data to monitor and remediate violations of 24 Sarbanes-Oxley IT security controls. The ITCA program integrated ServiceNow via a REST API, Windows AD via VB.Net, and DBs via SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

From October 2018 to July 2019, John Chapman worked as a data architect at DMDC. John fulfilled data governance availability and security objectives by leading a team of engineers in multiple geographic locations to perform
