Katie Marks has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Katie started their career in 2003 at Walgreens, where they worked as an EXA/ASM for ten years. In 2013, they joined ReevesSain as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, and they stayed with the company until 2015.

In 2016, Katie joined EnableComp, where they held multiple positions. Katie started as a Revenue Specialist from May 2016 to February 2017. Katie then took on the role of Quality Assurance Specialist for the remainder of 2017. From December 2017 to March 2021, they served as a Staff Accountant, and they were promoted to Staff Accountant II from March 2021 to August 2022. Currently, as of August 2022, they hold the position of Revenue Accounting Manager at EnableComp.

Katie Marks attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a major in Chemistry. In addition to their educational background, they have achieved certifications throughout their career. Katie Marks obtained their first certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) in July 2003. Katie later received another CPhT certification from the State of Tennessee in February 2006. Most recently, they earned the HFMA's Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification in February 2022 from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
