Katherine Bates

Katherine Bates has worked in various roles since 2012. Katherine started as a Program Center Manager at Ruffalo Noel Levitz in 2012, followed by a Program Coordinator role at Service Coordination Inc in 2013. In 2015, they worked as a Junior Project Manager at Axiom Resource Management, Inc. In 2016, they worked as a Project Controller at IBA (Irving Burton Associates), followed by an IT Project Manager role at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Government Affairs Specialist at PACSHealth LLC, followed by a Business Analyst role at NOVACES in 2019. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager at enableIT, where they support NCI Web Development with content migration, functionality, and user design. Katherine has also developed key workflows, conducted current-state analysis of microsite, and provided business analyst support in analyzing requirements, developing user stories, and acceptance criteria with cross-functional teams.

Katherine Bates obtained their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University between 2007 and 2012. Katherine also holds certifications from The National Institutes of Health, U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), and Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in December 2020, August 2020, and December 2016 respectively.
