Ben has been involved in the legal services sector since he joined the Group in 2000. Previously with Friends Provident, he has extensive operational and commercial experience within the financial and legal services sectors.

Ben holds overall accountability for ensuring that the service provided by Enact meets the exacting requirements of lenders, estate agents and consumers.
