Paul Miceli

Paul Miceli is an experienced leader in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Talent & Culture at Enact Mortgage Insurance since March 2015. In this role, Paul oversees talent management, learning and development, and talent acquisition, with a focus on executive development and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previously, Paul held various positions in talent and culture management at Enact, as well as roles at Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where responsibilities included career counseling, teaching, and research management. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has a strong track record in developing comprehensive employee training programs and leading initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
