Pablo Sáenz Escudero

Pablo Sáenz Escudero, CFA has extensive work experience in finance and treasury roles in the energy industry. Pablo currently serves as the Head of Finance & Treasury at Enagás, where they are responsible for financial budgeting and optimizing the capital structure. Pablo also handles the structuring and execution of financing instruments, including EMTN bond issuances. Prior to this, Pablo worked at ACCIONA where they were involved in M&A activities, including financial modeling, due diligence supervision, and accretion/dilution analysis. Pablo Sáenz Escudero, CFA pursued a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, completing it between 2008 and 2014. Additionally, they obtained the CFA certification from the CFA Institute in 2022.
