Luca Marenco has extensive experience in the gelato and hospitality industries, currently serving as a Dimostratore at Essenza Gelato since January 2024 and as a Docente at ENAIP Piemonte since March 2022. Luca has been the Proprietario of Gelateria Lung’Orba since March 2001, overseeing production, personnel management, and supplier relations. Previous roles include Product Specialist at GIUSO GUIDO SPA and Technical Consultant at PreGel Spa. Luca began a career in gelato and pastry at Gelateria Artigiana Lung'Orba, working as a Banconiere and Cameriere from April 1994 to October 2000. Educational credentials include a Maturità Scientifica from Liceo Scientifico Statale B. Pascal and specialized training at CASTAlimenti and Carpigiani Gelato University.
