Herm Cukier

Herm Cukier is the current Executive Chairman, President & CEO at Enalare Therapeutics. Prior to this, they were the CEO and member Board of Directors at BioDelivery Sciences International from January 2018 to December 2020. Herm transformed the company into a rapidly growing and profitable commercial stage enterprise with eight straight quarters of record performance. From January 2013 to December 2018, Cukier was the Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial Strategy and Innovation at Allergan. Herm created a new division chartered with building disruptive consumer digital ventures and revenue streams worldwide. Herm was also a member of the CEO Operational Leadership Team and the Global Commercial Leadership Team. From January 2010 to December 2013, Cukier served as Vice President at Bayer HealthCare where they led the commercial executive for Bayer's flagship pharmaceutical business in the US. Prior to that, they were President & CEO, Board of Directors at Reverion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from January 2009 to December 2010. Herm also served as General Manager/Vice President at Schering-Plough (acquired Organon) from January 2007 to December 2008.

Herm Cukier's educational career includes a BSE from the University of Pennsylvania in Bioengineering and an MBA from Columbia Business School in Marketing and International Business.
