Valeria Cubeda

Valeria Cubeda is a seasoned professional in materials engineering and quality assurance with extensive experience in analyzing and testing metal alloys. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer at Enapter since September 2022, Valeria previously held the position of Materials Engineer at Pontlab Srl from March 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included laboratory testing and the management of the Metallic Materials section. Valeria's expertise encompasses metallographic analysis, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) observations, hardness and mechanical testing, as well as failure analysis to identify damage causes and support problem-solving initiatives. Earlier experience includes work in R&D and Engineering at Columbus Superconductors Srl, focused on the development of superconducting MgB2 wires. Valeria holds a degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Università degli Studi di Genova, along with an earlier degree in Materials Science from the same institution.
