Sandana Thevar (Sandy), Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt®️

Sandy Thevar has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. They started their career in 2010 as a Recovery Specialist at Altisource and later worked as a Credit and Collections Specialist at Respondez. In 2013, Sandy joined Serco as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter, where they were responsible for assessing mortgage applications and checking applicants' credit history. From 2015 to 2018, Sandy worked at Intelenet Global Services, first as a Quality Analyst in KYC, Underwriting, and Compliance, and later as a Team Leader in Operations, Compliance, Quality, and Process Excellence. At Teleperformance, Sandy held the positions of Team Lead and Manager in Operations, Compliance, Quality, and Process Excellence from 2018 to 2021. At Novartis, from 2021 to 2022, Sandy worked as a Global Commercial Operations Support Manager, focusing on quality assurance and process improvements. Currently, Sandy is working at Enate Ltd as a Product Manager, responsible for driving product strategy, requirements development, and collaboration across various teams to enhance the customer experience. They will also be joining Reforge in 2023 as a Member.
