Tuong Lee

Tuong Lee is an accomplished technology and information services executive with extensive experience at Enbridge, where tenure spans from November 2005 to the present. As Vice President of Technology & Information Services, Tuong Lee has been instrumental in enabling the Gas Transmission and Liquids Pipeline business units through innovative digital solutions. Leadership roles include Director of Technology + Innovation, responsible for developing and executing Enbridge’s Digital Strategy and managing the Technology + Innovation Lab, and Director of TIS Transformation, overseeing large-scale IT and HR transformation programs with a total budget of $192 million. Earlier positions at Enbridge included managing enterprise application services and overseeing significant transformational IT projects. Prior experience at ExxonMobil involved application packaging and continuous improvement initiatives as a Systems/Programmer Analyst. Tuong Lee holds a BCOM in Management Information Systems from the University of Alberta.
