Ajinkya Thakre

Ajinkya Thakre is a seasoned professional in project management with experience spanning various roles in prominent companies. Currently serving as Project Manager at Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. since October 2023, Ajinkya previously held the position of Project Lead at JLL from September 2022 to October 2023. Prior to that, Ajinkya was Assistant Manager at Saraf Hotel Enterprises from February 2019 to May 2023, and Management Trainee at L&W Construction Pvt Ltd from June 2017 to December 2018. Ajinkya began the career as an intern in the Planning and Contracts Department at TRF Ltd., a TATA Enterprise, in May 2016. Ajinkya holds a PGDM in Project Management from NICMAR University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Amravati University (2010-2014).
