Rachel Bromley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Rachel began their career in 2011 as a Team Leader and Student Manager at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where they supervised a team of 10 employees, managed store transactions, and ensured excellent customer service.

In 2015 and 2016, Rachel worked as a Staff member at TEAMeffort Youth Mission Camps, leading youth groups on week-long mission trips to New Orleans, LA, and Union Beach, NJ. Rachel managed construction sites, organized evening activities, and supervised chapel services.

In 2017, Rachel held multiple roles, starting as a Student Intern at The Washington Center and a Campus Engagement Intern at 1776. Rachel then worked as a Consultant and Project Manager at the Small Business Institute, conducting industry research and improving customer communications.
