Larry Kofton

Larry Kofton, C.P.M. has extensive experience in supply chain management. Larry currently holds the position of Supply Chain Director at Enchanted Rock, where they have focused on improving communications with equipment suppliers and implementing Power BI reporting to enhance visibility into supply chain performance. Prior to this, Kofton worked at NRG Energy, where they served as the Regional Supply Chain Manager for Houston Gas Plants and was responsible for strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier performance, and logistics for seven power plants. Larry also held roles as the Business & Outage Manager for Gas Plants and the Regional Manager for Plant Supply Chain at NRG Energy. Before joining NRG Energy, Kofton had various management positions at companies such as Ikaria, Amedisys, and Sodexo, where they achieved significant results in sales and reduced employee turnover.

Larry Kofton, C.P.M. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / International Management from Columbia Southern University, obtained in 2015. Larry also has a Master Certificate in Business Management from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, obtained in 2009. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Mechanical field of study from Central Louisiana Technical College-Ward H Nash-Avoyelles Campus in 1995. In 2005, Larry obtained the certification of Certified Purchasing Manager from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM).
