Hélène Hiebel is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership, strategic transformation, and digitalization within various sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Enchanted Tools since July 2021, Hélène has previously held significant roles, including HR Director at Groupe Finaxim and HR Manager at Mine de Savoirs. With a strong focus on developing HR processes, leading teams, and facilitating organizational change, Hélène has successfully managed projects across multiple companies such as Choose Paris Region and Barbanel.
