Taylor Osborne

Taylor Osborne is an accomplished Recruiting and Onboarding Manager at Enchantment Resort since April 2018, responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruiting and employee onboarding, including hiring events, job board reputation, candidate sourcing, and social media management. Taylor has also played a key role in designing and facilitating new hire orientations, customer service training, and leadership courses in collaboration with the Training Manager. Previous positions include Training and Engagement Manager and various roles at The Creative Group, where Taylor focused on connecting skilled creative professionals with projects as a Senior Digital Recruiter and Recruiter/Account Manager.
