Luke Sturm

Luke Sturm is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Senior Development Associate at Enclave since June 2022, following a role as a Development Associate. Prior experience includes leadership as President of the Real Estate Society at the University of St. Thomas and a Development Intern position at Roers Companies, where market analysis and project feasibility were key responsibilities. As Chief Executive Officer of KaluBrooklynPark, Luke managed a house flipping project and honed skills in organization and negotiation. Additional internship experiences at Upland Real Estate Group and Landstyle Design and Construction further developed Luke's expertise in real estate analysis and project management. Luke holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
