Jeffrey Wickwire

Jeffrey Wickwire has extensive work experience in the field of IT and technical support. Jeffrey began their career in 2009 as a Multi Channel Sales Associate at Best Buy, where they worked until 2012. In this role, they gained customer service and sales skills.

From 2012 to 2014, Jeffrey worked as a TSD Specialist at Coldwater Creek. Jeffrey demonstrated expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving software, hardware, and connectivity issues. Jeffrey also excelled in research, analysis, and problem-solving to rectify problems. Additionally, they played a key role in deploying standardized company hardware and configuring deployments according to established standards.

In 2014, Jeffrey joined Trindera Engineering as a Desktop Support Technician. Jeffrey provided technical assistance and support to users, ensuring smooth operations of computer systems and networks.

In 2017, they joined Biomedical Innovations, A Nissha Company as an IT Support Specialist. Jeffrey remained in this role until 2021, providing IT support and resolving technical issues for the company.

Jeffrey's most recent position is as an IT Specialist at Encoder Products Company, starting in 2021.

Jeffrey Wickwire completed their high school education at Shadle Park High School from 2001 to 2005. Jeffrey graduated with the degree of High School Graduate. Following this, they pursued higher education at Spokane Falls Community College from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in the field of Computer Specialist.
