Tim Schutter has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Territorial Sales Consultant at Encompass Insurance since 2004, where responsibilities include managing a group of Independent Agencies to drive profitable growth. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at CNA Insurance from 1987 to 2004, including Regional Sales Manager, Education Manager, and Automation Technology Specialist. Tim's career began at Aetna Life & Casualty, where roles included Product Superintendent and Underwriting Manager from 1982 to 1987. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from The Pennsylvania State University.
